Established in 1996 with an initial capacity of 2,000 MT per annum, the company has progressively expanded and modernized its operations to become a high-capability manufacturer of engineered hollow sections.
Today, Sandhu Tubes operates with an installed tube manufacturing capacity of approximately 120,000 MT per annum, specializing in RHS and SHS, including higher-strength grades and increased wall thicknesses for structurally critical applications.
In 1994, we became the Exclusive Processing Agent (EPA) for Tata Steel's Tubes Division for non-circular sections - a milestone that transformed our capabilities and reach.
Continuous process optimization and recent technology upgrades ensure tight dimensional control, superior surface finish, and batch-to-batch consistency.
For backward integration and quality assurance, the company operates modern Slitting and Cut-to-Length (CTL) lines with a combined capacity of approximately 150,000 MT per annum of HR coils, enabling strict control over input materials, improved traceability, and reduced dependence on external processors.
Recognized for operational excellence, robust quality systems, and sustainable manufacturing, Sandhu Tubes has been awarded the ZED Gold Certification by the Government of India.
